FenceRow Capital is a boutique advisory firm providing financial guidance to investors, managers and entrepreneurs who seek to attract, restructure, and strategically invest business capital.

As Managing Partner, Sean Patty provides professional services to early-stage and mature operating companies on a range of financial and strategic issues including recapitalization perspectives and evaluation of potential financial outcomes. Sean also serves as the senior M&A advisor to Trelus, a network-effects company assisting business owners with their exit process.  In addition to his advisory practice, Sean holds minority equity positions in a number of early-stage technology companies to which he provides ongoing strategic counsel and assistance. His business holdings also include two commercial service companies which he co-owns with his partners.  Before founding FenceRow Capital, Sean served as Managing Director at Warson Capital Partners; co-founded and served as interim CFO for IT venture Secure Exchange Solutions; served  as President & CEO of leading video analytics software company Cernium Corporation; and was CFO for Angel Technologies, a high-profile wireless broadband venture.  In addition to his various corporate board roles, Sean is a contributor to Capital Innovators, a St. Louis venture accelerator, and has recently served on the Board of Directors for Bethany College and The Salvation Army of Greater St. Louis. Sean graduated with a BA in Economics from Bethany College and a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business. He also holds a Certified Public Accountant certificate.
